Open the Staff App
Log in to the staff app on your coffeehouse tablet or smartphone.

Scan the visitor's QR code
Tap "Scan QR Code" and point your camera at the guest's phone.

Confirm the credit
The system automatically credits 1 Coffee Point. Tell the guest: "Your point has been added!"

If no scanner (Manual Entry)
Tap "Manual Entry", enter the customer ID (printed under the QR code) or email — the system will credit the point manually.

Processing rewards (Redemption)
If a guest wants to redeem points: tap "Process Redemptions" → scan the QR code → confirm.
For Loyalty Card: $COFFEE tokens go to the guest automatically.
For Stamp Card (from Q3 2027): BTC goes to the guest automatically.

Viewing history
If a guest asks: "How many points do I have?" — scan their QR code in the "Viewing History" section. You'll see all their visits and balance.
⚠️ Important: Award points ONLY after a real purchase. Do not scan without a purchase — this violates the program rules.

❓ How much does it cost to join?
Absolutely free! Registration, Staff App access, and the $CUP Starter Package — all free. You only pay when the starter package runs out — $0.25 per 1 $CUP (1 scan).
❓ What are the risks? What if nobody scans?
Zero risk. You get a free starter package and pay nothing while those scans happen. If the program doesn't work — you simply stop using the QR codes. No obligations.
❓ Who pays visitors Bitcoin and $COFFEE?
Rewards are paid from the Premium.Coffee ecosystem fund. You pay nothing extra to guests — only $0.25 per scan (when the free package runs out).
❓ What if I want to leave the program?
Anytime. Just stop scanning QR codes. If you have unused $CUP, you can sell them on the P2P marketplace CUP.Exchange — tokens are liquid.
❓ What does the visitor see? Do they need to install an app?
Visitors use the website or PWA app (visitor page). No native app download needed — just a browser. The QR code works even offline.
❓ Can I use both cards (Stamp and Loyalty) simultaneously?
Yes! You can set up both cards. Guests will choose which card to use at your coffeehouse. This increases flexibility and program attractiveness.
❓ How will visitors learn about the program?
Display the QR code in a visible place: counter, door, menu, receipt. We also list all partners on our map premium.coffee/map. And of course, your staff tells guests when they order.
❓ What is $CUP and why is it needed?
$CUP is a utility token that is "burned" with each scan. 1 $CUP = 1 scan = 1 Coffee Point for the guest. You receive $CUP for free in the starter package. When the package runs out — you buy more $CUP at $0.25 each.
❓ Where can I buy $CUP after the starter package?
On the P2P marketplace CUP.Exchange or on decentralized exchanges (DEX). The base price of $0.25 is set by the platform.
❓ When will Stamp Card with Bitcoin become available?
After the full platform launch in Q3 2027. Currently, during beta, only Loyalty Card with $COFFEE exchange is available.
