Premium.Coffee is a community-governed coffeehouse network. We take customers from big chains and bring them to local coffeehouses — using rewards from partner coffeehouses and a fixed $5 crypto bonus to reward you for choosing local business.

No. Everything works in your browser — nothing to install. If you want quick access, add the site to your phone's home screen and open it like an app, including showing your saved cards offline.

Sign in is passwordless: enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code. No passwords to remember, no passwords to lose.

Yes. You can start collecting rewards as a guest — your progress is linked to your device. To protect your rewards and access them on any device, add your email to turn your guest profile into a full account.

Points are added at the counter when you make a purchase. Open your loyalty card, show the QR code on your phone, and a staff member scans it to credit your points. Staff can also find you by name or email if you don't have your code handy.

Important: the number of points per scan is set by each coffeehouse according to its own rules (1, 10, 0.5 — as the coffeehouse decides).

Redeem them for rewards at the coffeehouse — coffee, dessert, or other offers. Each coffeehouse sets its own redemption rules.

There's also a separate $5 crypto bonus — for 100 scans in total. See details below.

Each coffeehouse sets its own loyalty rules. That's the beauty of it — your local coffeehouse decides what to offer, and you decide what to choose.

What the coffeehouse decides:

Once you have enough points, open the reward and tap "Claim Reward". A QR code is generated for staff to scan. Your points are deducted and you receive your reward on the spot.

This is a separate bonus from Premium.Coffee. Here's how it works:

• Collect 100 scans in total across partner coffeehouse cards
• Only cards where the reward has already been redeemed count
• Scans are counted in total, regardless of location
• Submit a request via the website — and receive $5

Choose how you want to receive it:

• Bitcoin — sent to your crypto wallet
• $COFFEE — community meme token of Coffee.Community
• Fiat via PayPal — $5 in USD or your local currency, available in regions where crypto is restricted

The bonus is available at full launch (Q3 2027). It can be earned repeatedly.

Each coffeehouse sets its own rules — including whether and when points, stamps, vouchers, or passes expire. Check the details on the card itself for the policy that applies to you.

Create a business account or fill out the coffeehouse form — our team will guide you through onboarding, set up your loyalty program, and provide QR materials for your counter.

We offer several plans:

• Bronze — $0, 50 scans per month (testing only, up to 1 month)
• Silver — $29/month, 100 free scans per month
• Gold — $79/month, 350 free scans per month
• Platinum — $199/month, 1,000 free scans per month

With a Gratitude NFT — 50% discount on any paid plan. Valid as long as the coffeehouse holds the NFT.

Subscription renews monthly. Unused free scans expire at the end of the month. Scans beyond your limit are charged additionally.

Yes — completely. Premium.Coffee is not a franchise or a chain. We provide the tools; you run your loyalty program your way.

What you control:

• Your customer data — you see your own customers, their activity in your program, and their preferences
• Your loyalty rules — how many points per purchase, what rewards to offer, whether points expire
• Your rewards — coffee, dessert, discount, merchandise, or anything you choose
• Your special offers — bonus days, double points, seasonal promotions
• Your relationship with customers — we don't interfere; you own the relationship

What Premium.Coffee provides:

• The platform — web app, QR codes, loyalty card infrastructure
• The crypto bonus — Premium.Coffee purchases Bitcoin or $COFFEE at market rate for visitor bonuses
• The network — collective strength against big chains
• Tools — analytics, customer insights, and reporting

Burn $COFFEE equivalent to $30. Coffeehouses can burn $COFFEE themselves (send it to the zero address) to request priority placement in the Weekly Special Offer section for one week.

How to do it — step by step:

1. Buy $COFFEE — for example, via the Hot Wallet
2. Send the tokens to the burn address: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000
3. Log in to your partner account and contact support with your transaction hash.

Your coffeehouse can see a customer's name, email, whether they've opted into offers, and their activity within your program only. You cannot see their activity with other, unrelated businesses.

Talk to the owner or manager of a coffeehouse you trust and recommend they join Premium.Coffee. If they join, you earn 1,000 $COFFEE (or 10,000 $COFFEE with a Gratitude NFT) for the referral.

Ask the customer to show their QR code. Scan it with your device — points are credited instantly. If they don't have their code, you can find them by name or email in the system.

When a customer claims a reward, they show you a QR code. Scan it — the reward is marked as used and their points are deducted automatically.

At the counter, you typically see only what you need to credit or redeem rewards — such as the customer's name and membership code. All other details remain private.

Ask the customer for their name or email — you can find them manually in the system. If issues persist, contact our support team via Telegram.

A lightweight, open-source hot wallet designed specifically for receiving crypto bonuses — in Bitcoin or $COFFEE — from Premium.Coffee and Coffee.Community.

It's designed for convenience and small bonuses — not for storing large amounts. As a hot wallet, it's connected to the internet, which makes it more susceptible to attacks.

• Always use wallets that are actively maintained and updated

A coffeehouse whose program you've joined can see your name, email, whether you've agreed to receive offers, and your activity within its own program. It cannot see your activity with other businesses.

Yes. In the privacy and data section of your account settings, you can export all your personal data as a file to download and keep.

Yes. From the privacy and data section of your account settings, you can permanently delete your account. We'll ask you to confirm with a one-time code, and the action cannot be undone.

"Near me" runs only when you press it. Your browser asks for permission, reads your position once, and rounds it to about 110 meters before sending it encrypted to sort results. Your position is not saved, not logged, and never sent to a map or location company.

For customers — yes, completely free. You just buy your coffee and scan your QR code. Coffeehouses pay a small subscription fee.

Yes. In regions where cryptocurrency is heavily regulated or restricted, we pay the $5 bonus in fiat — in USD or your local currency — via PayPal.

When you submit your request, you can choose:

• Bitcoin — if crypto is available in your region
• $COFFEE — if crypto is available in your region
• Fiat via PayPal — in USD or local currency, available where PayPal operates

This way, everyone can receive their $5 — no matter where they live.
