Show your QR code
Open the Premium.Coffee web app → My Cards → show the QR code to the barista. Staff scans it — 1 coffee = 1 Coffee Point, credited instantly.

Activate your account (recommended)
Right after getting your card, tap Activate or Sign Up and enter your email. Your points will be linked to your email — you won't lose them if you change devices or clear your cache.
📌 Don't have your phone? Ask staff to generate a 4-digit code — enter it in My Cards → Enter Code.

Option A — Redeem at the coffeehouse
Exchange Coffee Points for coffee, dessert, or other rewards. Offers vary by location — check your card or ask staff.

Option B — Swap for $COFFEE tokens
Open the card → tap Redeem → choose the amount (10, 100, or 1000 points) → confirm. Points are deducted, and $COFFEE tokens are sent to your crypto wallet.

Then — trade or hold
$COFFEE can be traded for BNB/USDT on a DEX — or held to climb the Bitcoin giveaway tiers (see Step 3).

Winners announced monthly

Where cards are stored
All cards are in My Cards. You can also view your transaction history there.

No internet connection
QR codes are saved on your phone. Show the code offline — staff can still scan it. Points will be credited when staff regains connection.

QR code won't scan
Tell staff your email or phone number. They can manually award points using Manual Entry. Or ask them to generate a 4-digit code — enter it in My Cards → Enter Code.

Can I remove a card?
Yes. Open the card → click Remove from My Cards. The card will be hidden, but your points and history are saved. You can re-add the card anytime.

Do points expire?
Each coffeehouse sets its own rules — including whether points expire. Check the details on your loyalty card or ask staff.
📌 Important: Points are awarded only after a real purchase. Do not let anyone scan your code without an order.
