How to get the card
Scan the Premium.Coffee QR code at the coffeehouse. The card will be automatically added to My Cards. Or find the card on the visitor page and click Add to My Cards.

Activate your account (save your points)
After getting the card, click Activate or Sign Up and enter your email. Your points will be linked to your email — you won't lose them even if you change your phone.

How points are earned
1 coffee = 1 Coffee Point.
Place an order → open the card in My Cards → show your QR code to staff. Staff scans the code — points are credited instantly.

How to check your balance
Open the card in My Cards. Your Coffee Points balance is shown on the card's main screen.

How to redeem points for $COFFEE
Tap on the card → select Redeem → choose the amount of points (10, 100, or 1000) → confirm. Points are deducted, and $COFFEE tokens are sent to your crypto wallet.
📌 Loyalty Card features: Points accumulate without limits and never expire. You decide when and how many to redeem.

How to redeem points for Bitcoin
When you collect 10 Coffee Points, a Collect Reward button appears. Tap it — you receive $0.50 BTC to your specified crypto wallet.

What happens after redemption
The card automatically resets to 0. You collect 10 points again — the cycle repeats infinitely.

🔢 How to get points without a QR code

When to use this
• You don't have your phone or the battery is dead.
• QR code won't scan (dirty screen, glare, damaged code).
• You're ordering by phone or for takeaway.

Staff gives you a code
The staff member taps Generate Code in the app and gives you a 4-digit code, for example: 0754

Enter the code in the app
Log in to your Premium.Coffee account → open My Cards → tap Enter Code → enter the 4-digit code → tap Submit Code.
The points will be credited to your card.
📌 Important: Codes have a limited validity period (usually a few days). Enter your code as soon as possible so your points don't expire.

Where cards are stored
All cards are in My Cards. You can also view your transaction history there.

No internet connection
QR codes are saved on your phone. Show the code offline — staff can still scan it. Points will be credited when staff regains connection.

QR code won't scan
Tell staff your email or phone number. They can manually award points using Manual Entry.

Can I remove a card?
Yes. Open the card → click Remove from My Cards. The card will be hidden, but your points and history are saved. You can re-add the card anytime.
📌 Important: Points are awarded only after a real purchase. Do not let anyone scan your code without an order.
