👋 Welcome to the Staff App
The Staff App is the tool for employees of Premium.Coffee network coffeehouses.
Use it to award Coffee Points to visitors, process reward redemptions, and view customer history.

Do not share your credentials with anyone else.

🗺️ 6. Understanding the Visitor's Journey
☕
Step 1 — Earn points
Visitor buys coffee → shows QR code → you scan → Coffee Points are credited per your coffeehouse's rules.
🎁
Step 2 — Use rewards at the coffeehouse
Visitor can redeem points at your coffeehouse — for coffee, dessert, or another reward.
This is what you handle at the counter.
💰
Step 3 — $5 crypto bonus
Separately from points, Premium.Coffee counts scans. After 100 scans in total, the visitor can receive
a $5 bonus in Bitcoin, $COFFEE, or fiat via PayPal — their choice.
This is handled automatically on the customer side.
📌 What you need to know: You are not responsible for the $5 crypto bonus.
If visitors ask, direct them to the app or our FAQ .

🚫 8. What You Don't Do
To keep the program fair and secure, staff members must NOT:
- ❌ Award points without a real purchase
- ❌ Share your login credentials with anyone
- ❌ Process redemptions without scanning the QR code
- ❌ Promise specific rewards — offers vary by coffeehouse
- ❌ Explain crypto mechanics — direct visitors to the app or FAQ
- ❌ Modify or delete transactions — only managers can do this
📌 If in doubt — ask your manager. Better to clarify than to make a mistake.
